Yes - today was weigh in day. And I am a little bummed. 160's are off the hook for my visit this week... I was 172 exactly :( so I only lost .4 lbs. I am very pleased I maintained pretty much but I was really hoping to lose 5 lbs. again.

I am going to have to ramp up workouts this week and really watch my diet. I thought I was doing good but it just wasn't quite enough. I still FEEL better though, which is what really matters.

I also REALLY need to take my measurements because maybe I lost some inches or something this week that I don't even know about because I haven't done my darn measurements!!!! haha

Tomorrow is a new day! I'll write more after I get in a great day of working out and feeling better about my zilch weight loss! haha :)

OH PS- what supplements do any of you use?

  2. Thanks Jenn! Its just a bummer because I was really expecting a weight loss (i had cheated and weighed in a couple times and was 171 earlier in the week) but its ok! Week 2 curse! :)

  3. bummer on the no weight loss... like Jenn said, week 2 curse! lol. Girl, SIT DOWN and take your measurements! It took me less than 5 minutes to do mine, you need to do it NOW, in the beginning!!! It will really motivate you, I promise! Supplements I take: general multi-vitamin for women, calcium, and fish oil.

  4. Lady, you know the drill, the first five lbs are always partially water weight! itll pick back up!
